Fx Fitness (Pty) Ltd trading as Fx Coaching is a private company operating in Namibia, providing cycling and triathlon coaching services to competitive amateur athletes. Our website is fx.com.na.
When this policy says "we", "us", or "Fx Coaching", it means the owner and operator of Fx Coaching. This policy applies specifically to the Free Power Zone Analysis service offered at zones.fx.com.na.
We collect two categories of information to deliver your personalised power zone analysis.

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
Form submissions are stored securely in Airtable, a cloud-based database service. Airtable stores data on servers located outside Namibia. By submitting this form, you consent to your information being processed and stored in this way.
TrainingPeaks data is accessed temporarily for the purpose of analysis only. We do not retain copies of your raw training activities, workout files, or account data beyond what is needed to complete and deliver your analysis.
We retain your form submission data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or until you ask us to delete it.
Access to your TrainingPeaks account is granted by you, at your discretion, via the TrainingPeaks platform. You may revoke this access at any time directly through your TrainingPeaks account settings.
We will only access your account for the purpose of this analysis and will not use your TrainingPeaks access for any other purpose.
