1. Who We Are

Fx Fitness (Pty) Ltd trading as Fx Coaching is a private company operating in Namibia, providing cycling and triathlon coaching services to competitive amateur athletes. Our website is fx.com.na.

When this policy says "we", "us", or "Fx Coaching", it means the owner and operator of Fx Coaching. This policy applies specifically to the Free Power Zone Analysis service offered at zones.fx.com.na.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information to deliver your personalised power zone analysis.

2a. Information you submit via the request form:

• First name and surname — to address you personally and identify your analysis
• Email address — to deliver your power zone analysis and communicate with you
• Age — used as context for physiological analysis
• Gender — used as context for physiological analysis
• Location (city and country) — to understand your training environment and climate context
• Training split (indoor/outdoor percentage) — to contextualise your power data and zone usage
• Next priority race and goal — to contextualise your zones for your upcoming event

2b. Training data accessed via TrainingPeaks:

To perform the analysis, we request temporary access to your TrainingPeaks account. With your explicit permission, we access:

• Training activity history — workouts and races recorded over the past 90 days
• Power meter data — power output recorded during rides and races
• Performance metrics — derived fitness data used to calculate your personalised power zones (including Functional Threshold Power and power distribution)
• Workout files — structured training files where applicable

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• To calculate and deliver your personalised power zone profile
• To contextualise your zones for your training environment, race goal, and fitness history
• To contact you regarding the delivery of your analysis and any follow-up questions
• To follow up regarding Fx Coaching services, where relevant and reasonable

4. How We Store Your Information

Form submissions are stored securely in Airtable, a cloud-based database service. Airtable stores data on servers located outside Namibia. By submitting this form, you consent to your information being processed and stored in this way.

TrainingPeaks data is accessed temporarily for the purpose of analysis only. We do not retain copies of your raw training activities, workout files, or account data beyond what is needed to complete and deliver your analysis.

We retain your form submission data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or until you ask us to delete it.

5. TrainingPeaks Access

Access to your TrainingPeaks account is granted by you, at your discretion, via the TrainingPeaks platform. You may revoke this access at any time directly through your TrainingPeaks account settings.

We will only access your account for the purpose of this analysis and will not use your TrainingPeaks access for any other purpose.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information at any time
• Withdraw consent for further communications by contacting us directly
• Revoke TrainingPeaks access at any time via your TrainingPeaks account settings

7. Legal Basis

This policy is issued in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 4 of 2019 (Namibia), which governs the processing of personal information in electronic transactions. Namibia does not yet have a comprehensive data protection act, but we are committed to handling your information responsibly and transparently.
